Canvas Boarder

Making a canvas border that looks like a frame isn't hard to do, but it does take a little time. Here is the supplies you will need. 
Plaster of Paris 
Water
Mixing Bowl 
Teaspoon 
Palette knife 
Acrylic Paint 
Polycrylic clear gloss coat spray 
Masking tape 
ruler or t square 
News paper or paper.
Pencil
